• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Creem
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TattooGenerator and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the tattoo designs you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your designs to provide the service. Designs marked as public may be displayed in our gallery.
